Before we built SYN Labs, we were the ones struggling with the work.
We were trying to grow, look after clients and keep everything moving at the same time. Enquiries sat in the inbox. Follow-ups lived in reminders. Notes were spread across different places. Far too much depended on us remembering what needed to happen next.
We tried to stay organised in the usual ways: flags, spreadsheets, task lists and more software. They helped until the week got busy. Then the small jobs started piling up again.
We would finish the actual work and still have another layer waiting for us—updating records, writing follow-ups, moving information around and checking that nothing had been missed.
It was tiring, and it was taking time away from the parts of the business we actually cared about.
