For an automotive business, the website is often where a customer first tries to answer a practical question: can you help with my vehicle, and what happens next? Our work with SVK Autos was about making that answer clear at every stage.

The project went beyond giving the brand a sharper online presence. We designed a joined-up journey that helps a driver understand the offer, find relevant tuning options, send the right vehicle details and return to a useful record of their relationship with SVK.

The brief

Build around the customer journey, not a collection of pages

A conventional garage website can describe services and list contact details. The harder part is helping a customer move confidently from browsing to a useful enquiry—without the business having to recover missing information later.

We treated the website as the front end of SVK Autos' service workflow. Every major page needed to answer one of four questions:

    Capture a useful, structured request before the first reply.

The experience

One visual system across desktop and mobile

The visual direction had to feel credible in SVK's world: technical, confident and performance-led. We used a restrained monochrome palette, strong display type and automotive textures, then balanced that character with clear page structure and prominent actions.

That consistency is important. A driver might discover SVK on their phone, compare services on a larger screen and return later to submit vehicle details. The route should still feel familiar wherever it starts.

Service discovery

Help customers find the right tuning route

Performance tuning is vehicle-specific. A generic message asking somebody to "get in touch" leaves too much work on both sides. The tuning finder turns that uncertainty into a guided sequence: make, model, year and engine.

That structure helps the customer understand what is needed and gives SVK a cleaner starting point for the conversation. It is a small interaction with an operational benefit: fewer vague enquiries and less avoidable back-and-forth.

Make the first quote request more useful

The quote page was designed as more than a contact form. It separates request types, asks for the vehicle and service details that shape the job, and lets customers indicate how they prefer to be contacted.

We also kept direct routes to WhatsApp, phone and email. The aim was not to force every customer through one channel; it was to make each route clearer while giving structured enquiries a strong default path.

Customer continuity

Create a useful reason to come back

The My SVK Garage area carries the relationship beyond the initial enquiry. It gives customers a private route back to their vehicles, quotes, bookings and verified results instead of leaving that history scattered across separate messages.

For the business, that creates a stronger foundation for repeat work and consistent customer records. For the driver, it turns SVK from a one-off transaction into an ongoing service relationship.

The strongest part of this project is not any single screen. It is the hand-off between them: from discovering a service, to choosing a vehicle-specific option, to sending enough detail for a useful response, to returning after the first interaction.
